Bulldog
Aside from the fact that this breed has a shorter life expectancy than the others on the list, a Bulldog makes an excellent companion for people of all ages. Despite their gruff and surly look, these dogs are extremely sociable and love spending time with their owner. Furthermore, they do not need much activity.
