At the Westword premiere, Katja Herber showed up in this optical illusion dress designed by Iris Van Herpen Haute Couture. It’s rather fitting if you ask us, seeing as the show itself is rather maze-like in nature. The transparent dress features many curving lines that are perfectly placed. With matching over-the-top sleeves, the star kept her shoes and accessories simple, wearing black sandals and her hair pulled back.
