Older belongings like tattered clothing and furnishings that remained on the property were frequently donated to charity shops. Most of it was unnecessary for Lydia. Lydia did discover a few things she wished to retain and that held some sentimental significance. She persevered in her urgent search for the ring. She finally located it!
