Discovering In The Attic
I sat in the dim attic, my pulse quickening with dread and anticipation. Dust floated through narrow beams of sunlight, blanketing forgotten boxes and remnants of the past. “Linda, come look at this,” Karen, my sister-in-law, called, brushing away cobwebs.
