When John Cleese was a boy, he was bullied because of his height, but he learned how to retaliate by using humor. Even though he excelled in sports while studying, this began his lifetime of passion to make people laugh. Cleese has been in show business for over five decades and doesn’t seem to know when to stop. In 2021, he was chosen to anchor “Cancel Me,” a show that focuses on celebrities who were publicly “canceled” due to questionable utterances. Surprisingly, the format will be very different from his previous work on “Monty Python” and “Fawlty Towers.”
