Dench, a seven-time Academy Award candidate, has received numerous honors during her career, including six British Academy Film Awards, four BAFTA TV Awards, and seven Olivier Awards. At the age of 86, the Heworth, York native has just landed a role in the 2021 comedy Off the Rails. Dench, who is quite active on social media (particularly TikTok), is widely regarded as one of Britain’s all-time best actress. Finty Williams, her daughter, has also worked as an actor.
